I can’t believe it has been 20yrs since I was asked to lead the cleaning team on a How Clean is Your House? Special called ‘How Clean are the F-ing Fulfords’ which aired in 2005.
Originally I believe one of the special episodes was going to focus on Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, but because of his accident in 2003, this was cancelled. However, Channel 4 had shown a documentary of an eccentric family who lived in a mansion that was very run down. If you remember that documentary, the one where the mother threw the TV into the lake, then this is the Fulfords (Francis and Kishandra) family who agreed to take part in the How Clean special too.

Cleaning was filmed over the course of a week, and some of the most challenging areas was the great big staircase in the hallway, and a painstakingly slow process of cleaning the oil paintings with just cotton buds.
There were tips of using balloons filled with helium to remove cobwebs from high ceilings, and overall it was just a fun experience.
